Clinical Course
- First revascularization procedure performed using thrombectomy with aspiration catheter.
- Two drug-eluting stents deployed in left anterior descending artery (LAD).
- TIMI-2 flow restored; 0% residual stenosis.
- Left circumflex artery (LCX) staged two days later.
- Drug-eluting stent deployed in LCX.
- Result = 0% residual stenosis.
- Post-revascularization EF remained 35%
